Meet our Staff

Anthony M. Condouris
Principal

Mr. Condouris graduated from Penn State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Architecture and became a licensed architect in the state of New Jersey in 1996. After starting as a one-person firm in Sea Bright, NJ in 1998, Anthony M. Condouris Architect, Inc. moved to Monmouth Beach, NJ in 2002 where the firm grew to its current size of eight staff members. Currently, the firm completes over 100 projects per year. As the primary architectural designer, Tony prides himself on his open communication skills and his sensitivity to clients' wishes. He encourages his clients to feel comfortable in sharing their design ideas and takes their input seriously. Tony grew up locally and remains a resident of the Jersey Shore Area. As a member of the Atlantic Highlands Yacht Club, he is also a passionate sailor and in the past has crewed on various racing boats. Additionally, when he can break away from his busy schedule, he enjoys sailing his own boat on long cruises to the Long Island Sound and as far as New England.

Nicolangelo Napolitano
Project Architect

Providing production and management supervision to all architectural projects, Mr. Napolitano, is an expert in all facets of the design and construction process. Nick oversees the work of the firm’s drafting department and ensures the accuracy and quality of each project. He communicates with our clients throughout all stages of a project to answer any questions or concerns they might have. Nick graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and has 10 years of design and project oversight experience.

Justin Calvert
Staff

Possessing a strong artistic background, Mr. Calvert is also skilled in construction, design and architectural site planning. He is currently attending Drexel University in Philadelphia where he is nearing completion of a Bachelors of Architecture degree. He currently has over six years of working experience, four of which has been spent with the firm of Anthony M. Condouris Architect.
