Renovation and addition to
existing storage facility in Long Branch, New Jersey. The flexibility of
the site allowed for 6 new fully equipped mixed use units, which contain
both industrial and commercial space. The lower level of each unit has 16’
ceilings, an oversized garage door, and a restroom, while the upper level
is climate controlled, and is fully equipped for office use. Additional
office space was also constructed, and existing storage units were
renovated and updated. |
